The instructor was so kind and helpful answering all questions efficient and effective in delivering the information, and helping answering questions. She was informative, attentive and I learned a lot as it was divided equally between theory and practical, I learned a lot through the session.

Zenobia Lynn was an incredible instructor. The passion MS had to help support us with the first aid course was incredible. The equipment that was provided such as dummys to perform CPR, allowed us to fully practice our skills.
