Paul Flowers was an excellent instructor and really paid attention to all of the concerns presented in the class. He answered our questions knowledgeably and made us very confident in what we learnt in the session. There have been changes to first aid since I last had in done but the way Paul taught us you would have thought I’d known the information all along!

I’m really happy that I have found a local first aid instructor to use going forward. Paul made me feel completely at ease & made learning fun whilst being professional. I’ve learnt so much today & feel confident to put my learning into practise if ever needed. I also wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Paul was very clear in his explanations and used demonstrations to clearly show what would be needed to do in each medical scenario. He was very understanding and keen to answer any questions I had. He presented information at a good pace and would always elaborate if needed. It was an enjoyable session and provided the skills and information needed to successfully provide first aid.

Paul is a credit to pro training, he made the course appear to be easy, but he is also very knowledgeable and very patient. He also works at a pace which allowed us time to go over things and ask lots of questions.
