Nikki was a brilliant instructor and a credit to Pro Trainings. Its so easy to forget your training but I think I've learnt more effectively than I have in my previous three first aid courses and that is a testament to Nikki and her teaching style. She's friendly, funny, personable but professional and makes everyone feel comfortable. I will actively seek her out when my training is due for renewal. Thanks
