Charlie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the course. He answered all questions, using real-life scenarios to make the information relatable and easy to understand. His teaching style was clear, engaging, and supportive, which made the learning experience both enjoyable and effective. I feel much more confident in applying first aid thanks to his excellent instruction!
