The price is for the Online Part1 and Classroom Part 2. After registering for the course, we'll send you an email containing a booking confirmation, invoice with payment details, and venue information. Our venue is 15 minutes' walk from Harold Wood Station (Elizabeth Line) or get the 496 bus outside the station, which will take 7 mins to the venue. 30 mins via train from London Liverpool Street. 50 mins via train from Central London 70 minutes via train from Wembley Central 50 minutes via train from Colchester 35 minutes via train from Chelmsford To fully engage in the essential practical aspects of our programme, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Today I attended the Immediate Life Support (ILS) course with First Place Training, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
The instructor was highly knowledgeable, professional, and approachable, creating a supportive learning environment that boosted everyone’s confidence. The course was very well-structured, with a perfect balance of theory and hands-on practical skills. Scenarios were realistic and engaging, which made the learning both memorable and directly applicable to real-life situations.
The training environment was spotless and well-organised, which made the day even more enjoyable and professional. All the equipment was modern, well-maintained, and in excellent condition, allowing us to practice with confidence and realism.
What really stood out was how clearly the trainers explained complex concepts, breaking them down into manageable steps while always reinforcing the importance of teamwork and communication in emergency care.
I came away feeling much more confident in recognising and responding to life-threatening emergencies, and I would highly recommend First Place Training to anyone looking to develop or refresh their life support skills.

I completed my Immediate Life Support training with First Place Training today and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The course was extremely well-structured, engaging, and delivered at just the right pace. The trainer was knowledgeable, supportive, and made sure everyone felt confident and comfortable throughout the practical elements.
What really stood out was the balance between theory and hands-on practice — everything was explained clearly, and we had plenty of opportunity to ask questions and practice skills until we felt fully competent. The session was professional yet friendly, which made the learning experience enjoyable as well as informative.
I now feel much more confident in my ability to respond effectively in an emergency, and that’s down to the quality of the teaching and the supportive environment created by the trainer.
